If you have a dilemma today, God wants to solve it. Not with just any answer.  He wants to give you an answer that will ‘lead you beside still waters.’ 

About ten years ago, God answered a family prayer for me in a dream. It wasn’t vivid or extravagant. It was through a scripture I heard in the dream; Psalm 23.

I didn’t tell anyone about it, but the next day, my husband told me he had received an answer from God also through the same scripture!

We knew that God had spoken to us, and we were confident in what he said because of his great peace.

“Jesus answered, ‘It is written: Man shall not live on bread alone, but on every word that comes from the mouth of God.” (Matthew 4:4 NIV)

God has great peace and a word to guide you this week also.

Spiritual Growth Challenge

This week, we challenge you to plan times of fellowship with God. First, pray and ask God a question about something you would like to know or need some direction on. 

Then, every day this week, read the Bible and pray. Do it with peace and patience, like you do when you enjoy a good conversation with a friend.
