God never intended for us to be overwhelmed with thoughts about what we will do. That’s one of the benefits of knowing God – we get to depend on him as a father.
Think back for a moment about childhood. Likely, a parent or a grandparent shared a piece of wisdom that you found to be true. While you now know the outcome of whatever wisdom was shared, you still trusted them when it was shared because you knew they had experience.
Now let’s think about God. The Bible says he’s the Alpha and the Omega (Revelation 1:8). If God is both the beginning and the end, he also knows the beginning and the end for you.
The beginning of this week may have some challenges. Perhaps you have a load of email to respond to, or maybe you have a long to-do list of travel planning and Christmas shopping.
Don’t panic. God has a plan that works and is going to help you step by step.
In Matthew 2, we can see that there was trouble surrounding Jesus’ birth. However, Joseph, being a man of God, was able to protect Jesus during his early years when he listened to God’s instructions and obeyed him. Yes…Joseph helped protect JESUS!
